Mahena Place an Economy Vacation Rental

In the serene Ohia forest near our Volcano Luxurious B&B lies Mahena Place, our brand new Economy Vacation Rental for price oriented travelers. Mahena Place features 4 units within 2 A-frame homes that are side by side with glass front views. Units 1 and 3 are on the second floor of each residence and are both 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom units and host a king size bed (the unit sizes are over 300sq. ft.) for $75.00 per night plus tax. Units 2 and 4 are on the first floor and are both 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom units which host 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed (the unit sizes are 338 sq. ft.) $75.00 per night plus tax. Shared living room, kitchen, (washer/dryer in units 2 & 4) and large lanai. The kitchen provides a full size refrigerator/freezer, stove top/oven, microwave, coffee maker as well as kitchen utensils, glasses, dishes and pots and pans.

Amenities: Room amenities include a clock radio, cable TV along with a DVD player, and internet access. Onsite parking is free.

Cleaning: All parties are required to clean their units prior to departure and are responsible for keeping the common areas clean and free of any mess. Used linens and towels should be placed at the washing machine or on the bathroom floor for housekeeping to wash following your departure.

Mahena Place is an above average vacation rental with a nice setting within the lowest prices possible. If the required cleaning has not been met we reserve the right to charge a set cleaning fee in addition to the regular room charge. *If you prefer to relax we charge a $50.00 cleaning fee in which we do the cleaning once you checkout.
